All vehicles are all the same in changing or flushing power steering fluid. Changing power steering fluid won't drain all the old fluid but flushing the fluid will allow you to remove all the old fluid. Changing fluid is cheaper than flushing fluid. Changing fluid is less messy than flushing fluid. Changing fluid is quick process, flushing fluid is a bit longer process. It is up to you which you wanna do.
