I just sent my AIM back to tacomoto, trading it for the SX-1. The AIM had an off idle rough spot, which caused lots of stalling in the rough stuff. It also didn't compensate for altitude. Could hardly start over 8000 feet. Like a loaded up two stroke.
is this available for the 450x also or just RL's? i'm not sure if there is even a difference other than the ability to key on the bike without starting it.
Hey Mike are all the steps the same for the 23 450rl? Minus the tank removal? I still need to do the throttle settings& the 1900 tach setting? I received my new SX-1 today . Thank you to everyone there that was so patient with me! Much appreciated 🤘🏽BRAAAaaP!
Also, I got Y cable plus a Y cable with 4 inputs and a T.CAN 236497 Dongle - I can use the Y cable and leave the dongle off - or use the 4Y cable use the dongle and have one open plug? This does not seem to be covered?
Hi Mike, both me and a buddy purchased your GET ecu and 450rl's this year and both of us are running into a strange issue. The idle knob doesn't change the idle. Did we miss a step in the process? When we replace the stock ecu it works find but the GET seems to nullify the idle adjustment. It seems like it's something obvious but we are just missing it. Any tips? We will work through the steps in your video again, but your insight would be helpful.
When attempting to calibrate my tps it only has an option to zero it out and for the life of me can not figure out the wide open throttle calibration. My options are not the same as the video.
@@TACOMOTOCOIf I had seen this before starting I’d have saved myself a couple of hours of utter frustration. Folks, the app has to be in Expert mode! 🤦♂️
@@TACOMOTOCOahh that’s a shame, unfortunately shipping to the UK from the US is way too much with customs import duties and tax. Will need to stay with vortex and hope for updates. Please let me know if you do get a supplier. All the best
