3yrs ....I've had an x470 gaming 5 wifi and I completely forgot about the antennas...I always thought my WIFI signal was weak cos of the concrete walls between the router and pc. I just plugged them in and i have full bars....thank you for this
You can also put a curved piece of foil covered cardboard of plastic to direct the signal. There's a video on here about that. Just look up wifi booster with foil and you'll find many of them. Seems to work well.

I did my custom build the beginning of January and for 8 months straight I was working with stuttering Bluetooth issues. I thought my Sony XM5 was the problem but it turns out that I needed to go to the storage boxes and boom I found my Wifi antennas. In a second everything was fixed by installing and restarting my PC
dude, The antenna trick you showed SAVED my life! i have been having horrible wifi for a while but then i tried orienting the antennas like u showed and my speed were significantly better!

Dude my pc has been running so slow and when u brought the pc it came with those antenna’s and I didn’t know what there were used for. 2 weeks later finally discovered it
I've been using my new computer for a month and didnt connect the antennas because i didnt need the wifi and i didnt realize that it was connected to the bluetooth to and was resorting to using a wire, thanks so much lol.
Well..... I feel like an absolute idiot now lol. After scratching my head, reinstalling drivers and countless of reddit posts, I completely misunderstood that the antennas also serve for your bluetooth connection. I thought they were for just the wifi, with the bluetooth receiver being installed into the motherboard. Glad I finally found your video.
I screwed these into the Eva project motherboard I put into a custom build for my cousins, it’s requiring Ethernet and there’s NO wifi option, he’s got another build too that had working wifi and I borrowed those antennas to see if it was the connectors and still no dice
I've had my PC for almost 2 years now and I'm about to move and I found these two sticks buried in a box in my garage and thought they looked familiar. They came with the PC and I guess I didn't see them. After putting them in my internet has over tripled in speed.
thx for information i got now better inter boost for that antennas bc i have that pc for one half years and i had know idea for that 2 antennas bc i just do standing up and i get packet loss but i thx 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you so much, I had no idea how awful the wifi connection would be without those antennas; I was relieved to see how easy it was to install them and just how much the signal was boosted, it went from not detecting my network at all to having full bars. Thanks for this explanation!
Dude… I love you. Just bought a new computer and didn’t want to plug in the antennas because I have a Ethernet connection. I noticed my Bluetooth speakers were giving me issues. Now I know why. Thank you so much.
gaming on a controller without the antennas was freaking horrible it would constantly disconnect. I thought it was only for wifi but after connecting it back on it connected right away! thanks for the info.
My WiFi is running perfect however I’m having Bluetooth issues. Nothing will connect. Only wired connections work well. Mouse as well. Wanting to use a ps5 controller. Only thing that does is a sound bar and it has a noticeable delay. Any fixes?

I think you meant to say "Que Sera, Sera" which translates to "What will be, will be", not "C'est La Vie" which literally translates to "That's the life", which isn't used as a way of saying "That's Life", rather used in context of living a nice life (i.e. you go on holiday to wake up to a beautiful view and think to yourself "C'est La Vie").

I have the Aorusx40 ultra gamiing wifi MB inside a gigantic case, a tempered, tinted glass Adinees, a bit larger than Alienware Area 51 Vintage from 2008, Anyways, I was being impatient and attempted to lift it up on a new piece of furniture without unplugging anything and....I forgot that I'm a 110 lb, 48 year old female with no upper body strength. Bad Idea! Because once I lifted the SOB almost all the way up onto the shelf, some cords got caught up and the whole monitor fell and ripped off the antenna. i need a new one anyway, because the rgb quit and it couldn't connect,
seems i over looked this ive been using wired until now i figured this out with Bluetooth. do any antennas work or do i need the one that came with my Asus motherboard

Bruh. I bought a pc and a bunch of stuff from a guy. Hooked the pc up and was like "why is the internet so bad. Dang." Went through all the boxes and say the wifi antenna and had no clue what it was. Google searched and couldn't find it. So I plugged it in and my wifi goes from 3mbps, to my normal 280mbps. I NEVER KNEW THESE THINGS EXISTED.
😅Question!! My roommate did this/something like this (idk) 🤷🏼♀️ So he turned his gaming PC into a router via a free hotspot (through the internet company) and gave it its own name/password (turning his PC into a hotspot, while connected to a hotspot I think?). That way I can connect my tv to the free wifi hotspot while we’re broke and don’t have our paid wifi running. It works alright, better than expected, but even though his room is right next to mine, when both our doors are shut, my speed goes down and streaming slows significantly. He has 2 small antennas 3 1/2-4 inches connected to the back on the PC. I have a TP link AC1750 Router just sitting in a drawer. I noticed the 3 antennas on the Tp-link are twice the size in length and width, and have the same type of connection. Would switching out the short ones for the long (TP-Link ones make a difference in range to get more than 1 bar, so my connection speed on my TV works as good as it would if it were in the same room as the PC? Sorry, I know this is super long and probably really confusing. Any help would be greatly appreciated 😊
i could never figure out why my ps4 controller was so bad with my pc. then i looked in the envelope my pc came with. there was a "wi-fi" antenna never occurred to me to hook it up. it increased the range of my bluetooth from about 12 inches to my whole house.

Does it matter which i put the bluetooth/wifi antenna in? Can I use just the bluetooth antenna and skip out on the wifi since i'm plugged in directly into the internet?
I couldn't figure out for the life of me why my bluetooth headphones only connected to my machine when I was 1cm away - 10cm completely lost connection. I have now ordered some of these antenna and fingers crossed this will solve all of my connection issues including wifi signal which has always been terrible. I run a trx40 Gigabyte mobo and thought I'd wasted a bunch of money on a wifi board when it was always so bad. Hopefully this fixes it. Thanks for the video dude. Great info

I've had shitty bluetooth on my pc since 2020 and I had no idea the antennas also boost bluetooth since I use ethernet and assumed they were only for wifi. The connection and range was shit and my headphones kept cutting out in my chair which was extremely annoying, I usually use my headphones in wired mode for games but wanted to use bluetooth for studying/working. I set up my pc and never setup the two antennas that came with it until now. Once I plugged them my bluetooth was strong and the range lasted my entire house. I feel like the worlds biggest fucking dumbass rn.

I found some nice flat dual band WiFi blade antennas but they have two different types of coaxial plugs.... one has the small center wire.... or a male center area.... and the other type has the hole for the copper wire in the middle of the outer insulator material in the center of the coaxial threaded sleeve. Which type do yo use for these motherboards? The one with the center wire (male center).... or the one with the center hole (female center)? Thank you!
