It’s probably true. I looked into being an EMT years ago and at that time they didn’t make much. Paramedics make more but not substantially more.

To be able to actually note and experience it in one's lifetime means that it's been hastened. That's what humans have done. It's not rocket surgery. Record temperatures have been broken all over the world and several times over, over several years. Not decades or centuries but several years. The heat and cold will swing to extremes until eventually it will remain extremely cold for a very long time. The effort isn't only to preserve the life of the human species but the majorty of biological life on the planet. Aside from the several hundred that are now extinct because of humans. There's probably more in their DNA than you give credit for. Both my parents are from Europe - I'm first generation in this country, and only learned English when I entered school. Not only me but my children have DNA testing and we are all 100 percent European. They're American born and are bilingual but make no mistake, they are very much identifying themselves with their European ancestry AND culture. While Biden and Harris talk about real policy for a better future, and discuss their accomplishments (which are many), he continues to talk about Hannibal Lecter at every rally, pointing at some random person telling them that "Dr. Lecter wants to have them for dinner". Why does he keep doing that? It's beyond weird, and no one thinks it's funny.
