I think you can but I haven't tried it so not sure about how much time you would need to bake for. I would suggest bake at 350 F for 15 mins as a start. Good luck!
I recommend using at least coconut flour as the texture will not be good with just cassava flour. If you are not AIP and are ok with agave then you can use it. But AIP recommended sweeteners are maple syrup, honey or coconut sugar.
