Another great review, Tommy. This light hits a sweet spot of features for the price. I use multiple Aputure 120D and 300D lights, but I would like to have a focusable fresnel for rim and background lighting. The fringing that I see when you spot it down is a bit concerning, however. I do wish Intellytech provided a better case and the remote control. The Instant Grid reminds me of the Westcott ScimJim kits, but much more affordable and breaks down quickly. I think offering alternate cloths (with less Velcro) would be more practical for many of us (less gear, less cost).
The more I get into lighting, the more I like using non-softboxes to create soft light. Great video as always, but stop making me want to buy more things k thx.
