In asia its common practice to make things flashier so that it sells better such as cartoonish mascots etc, in america there are legal requirements for whats shown on a package and while mascots exiet, they arent shown as much anymore

Thank you for doing what you do. I've been sick and in isolation due to covid for almost 20 days and your videos brought a bit of comfort. I watch them while I will myself to eat my meals.
I hope you get better soon! My daughter's boyfriend had Covid last March still dealing with long-term issues: breathing, heart, seizure, etc. He's only 30 and was very healthy before!
They just throw it away. With 2.2M subs and couple hundred K viewers per video you can afford to throw away cheap instant foods. All videos are always recorded in one sitting as you can tell from the weather, background noise, etc.
After watching so many videos with tons of different kinds of instant noodles, I go to my grocery store and see only a handful of different kinds. I feel so left out lol 😄
@@christinap1356 I know you're trying to be helpful, but I honestly wish people would stop saying stuff like this like it's that simple. Not everyone has easy access to Asian grocery stores. I've been wanting to go to one for a while, but I don't have transportation or the spare money to take public transportation (wouldn't know how to, even if I did, as I've never done so before due to really bad anxiety and not having the money to do so).
@@englishatheart I’m sorry you took it like that but that’s not my intention. I wrote that comment just to let that person know there’s more at an Asian market. I don’t know their situation or how far it is. Or yours. It was simply just to let them know where more is. That’s all. Nothing personal.
Hey I just wanted to say that you should always rate everything you eat from a scale of 1-10 so we know how good they are! For an example the burger ramen was 7/10 ☺️
Yes! I would really appreciate that as well. Or if you wanted to grade it from F to S (F, D, C, B, A, S, S+, etc) in terms of taste. That way, we can also base it off of other things you've tried to get the best of the best.
Would love to try so many different options! Thanks again for sharing your wonderful experiences and thoughts! All the best to you from Charlotte NC USA 🇺🇸. 💛❤🌻🍽🌻❤💛
Those spaghetti noodles would probably be a hit over in the Philippines. I'm a United Statesian, but lived in Luzon for a few years back in the mid-1970s. It took me a while to learn to enjoy spaghetti with banana sauce/catsup, but now I find it a nice alternative to the more savory sort favored in other parts of the world.
I'm reminded of the microwave hamburger mac & cheese cups Hamburger Helper used to make that had little freeze-dried meat pellets mixed in...imagine if they joined forces with whoever made that cup noodle...
I can't wait to see you reviewing indomie's unique flavors like soto or rendang or kari ayam 🍜 It's not only mi goreng that is delicious 🤤 [ohh and also specialty flavors like empal gentong, cakalang, coto makassar, mi kocok bandung]
I love when you fast forward with the timer so I can see the leaves on the trees blowing around fast with the 'purring' noise. In this video you didn't do that. I know I might be weird but I really like it. HAHA.
Because of you're videos I've been inspired to try different foods..I've ordered from a place called weee and many of the foods I've ordered I've seen on your videos..thank you for the inspiration 🥰.
Caught my eyes...that's top Chinese actor Xiao Zhan! He endorses these products. and supposedly really yummy. Wish I could get it Stateside! Always looking forward to your new vids! Appreciate it!
Dancing Bacon I want to thank you for the time you take to share all these fun and wonderful videos. It helps me catch a glimpse of the country I've been wanting to visit all my life but unfortunately my health (and financial situation) has deprived me of that dream. Thank you.
For that Yakisoba (and any dry fried noodle types) I always leave a little bit of noodle water and add a little gomatare in so it will be creamier and the noodles won't stick together.
Your sense of humor is great!! You pick very interesting and different foods. I've found a few here, but I guess I'll have to go to the places you go to get the rest. Thank you for sharing!!!
That is because you ate it since childhood. Whereas i acknowledge that those cup noodles must be way more tastier than maggi even when i have not eaten them. I hate it when someone place maggi as more good than any other instant noodles or noodles available in the market. Only when you have eaten all of them can you compare them! But yeah i can clearly see what you meant as a fellow indian. Maggi also taste great!
That person didn't say Maggie is more good or anything like that. They just said it's their 'favorite' one. There is a lot of difference between good and favorite.
I'm amused by the bacon-themed labels. :-) Also the drain holes built into the lid of the noodles is a nice thing...I wish the ramen/yakisoba that came over to the US had that. The hamburger one seems interesting, though personally I'd skip the mayo, and if I had the opportunity throw some shredded cheese in there. Edit: Too bad the spaghetti one was a disappointment. Up until that point, I was thinking 'Wow, that's one I'd *really* love to see in the US, as an alternative to frozen spaghetti stuff.' Still the concept is great, even if the execution isn't.
Mr. Bacon do you have you a list that shows the ranking of the instant noodles you have ate? I would to have your thoughts on which one's you like the most!
I always use the satchets last to get maximum flavour especially since its not so much a soup ramen over here. Mainly just packed ramen that we add to the boil ourselves
8:11 when big companies have zero concept of Italian food. Also, a few of those may have been better with less water. I learned over time half the water called on for an instant ramen pack made it better.
Before starting RU-vid today I assumed I will get to watch a new video of yours and lovingly it was on the top💜try some more Indian dishes and restaurant visit’s ✌🏻❤️
