Thank you for this video. For the last ten years or more, my hair growth has been slow. I couldn’t understand why. Using chemical products only caused brittleness and no help for the hair. I stopped all that and now for last six months wash with shikakai and aritha as natural shampoo. Recently I have been using this amazing Kerala Thali. paste you have presented so well, I’ve done so for the last three to four times before washing hair. My hair feels softer. I hope to see it grow longer and thicker Thanks so much for this simple but wonderful recipe.
Instead of applying every thing on hair eat them all curry leaves, amla(indian gooseberry) fenugreek(soak overnight and consume) eat hibiscus flower (can consume on empty stomach) or hibiscus tea, take moringa soup twice a week.hair is just a sign of inner health

This recipe works 100%. I add a egg, black tea, yogurt, besan flour, aloe Vera and my oil mix. Leave it in over night once a week and my is growing fast aaaaaaand there is nooo shedding or breakage in the winter. Hair growth slows down in the colder months. I can’t wait to see how fast my hair grows in the warmer month.
@@blessed9491 I cooked the combined powder in coconut oil and almond oil. After cooling down then added the castor oil. Before applying to the hair added essential oils.
I have an Asian market 10 minutes away from where I live, every weekend I go there and I just pick up my usual's which is fresh meat, fruit and veggies, my hair damages so badly and come across to one of your videos while researching and I was so happy to find all the ingredients you are listed in my nearest shops except hibiscus which i can buy on Amazon. And now i realize i have been missing out so much and watching all your videos. Very affordable ingriendts, i can reverse my hair back to how it was before. Hi. Thank you for sharing the secret. I have seen many videos to get the recipe but truly i believe in you. You are very convincing. 🙏🏻 Request you to show the ingredients used to give hair fomentation after washing the hair. Please. Thank you
I am a South Indian too I had very bad hair and my hair never grew past my shoulders but since last 1.5 years I grew my hair till waist length (point from where bottomwear starts) by using few homemade oils and remedies. It was a magic
Very good recipe for hair care. In olden days thali was used to clean the hair instead of shampoo.its a kind of natural shampoo with the ingredients beneficial for hair. So I think we dont have to use a shampoo after the hair pack. This itself cleans the hair.

@Creative girl where are you from Kerala? Can you tell which place? There is not thali from Kerala using moringa leaves and flax seeds. Don't spread lies.
All of a sudden, I started feeling my hair soft, smooth and manageable than ever. Thanks for sharing this recipe. It is working like a magic in keeping my hair thick also
This stuff works! I have an Issue that every time I drink a soda or eat anything that has sugar in it, my Scalp becomes inflamed and my hair will immediately fall out. But when I use these herbs, it keeps my hair from falling out and sharing as much and if it would’ve been for these Indian herbs I wouldn’t have as much hair on my head as I do now I think God for these herbs. Also I add garlic to mine and a lot of time I will see new hair growth the next day
I have the same issue. Not just my scalp but my whole body. It’s related to autoimmune and insulin resistance. 🤔 I really love this remedy too. God bless, hope you are getting some relief now! ❤
Hello again. I’m writing a year after my previous post. But I’m sure I’ve been using thali twice a week for over a year. I leave on hair for two hours and wash off with a herbal homemade prep of shikakai reetha Amla and methi. Although I think you suggested a mild shampoo. I love this thali preparation a whole lot more than store conditioners. Can Brahmi or bringaraj be added to this? Any thoughts on either of these two super herbs would be appreciated. Thank you again for sharing this amazing recipe. Good wishes!
We use coconut oil ,curryleaf , hibiscus flower and it's leaves ...we didn't use flaxseed for hair... Hibiscus flower and it's leaves are good for our hair .... it's give like shampooing effect ....we call "thaali " in malayalaam
@@hafsayousafzai9652 Yes I have - I use it every week! I really love this hair pack- it makes my hair so soft and strong and gives a dark sheen. Everyone should try it if they can.
Happy to read about the kerala thali. Would like to know where these powders are available or how I can make this at home. Hope you will reply because 99% questions are never answeted
@@1010cryptosonny infuse them( put in the oil and put the oil in a glass jar- place glass jar in a pot of boiling water constantly stirring for 15mins. - that's if I'm using powder. With seeds I put them directly in the oil and fry them .I use olive oil as my hair doesn't like coconut oil.
Thank you. I believe the hair loss due to schistosomiasis is fully reversible when underlying condition is treated or kept in control. Boiling water and drinking it after that is very helpful to prevent. Taking two steamed or raw garlic cloves in the morning and at night Taking a spoon of pumpkin oil or consuming pumpkin seeds Using peppermint, Myrrh also helps. We will comeback with more on this soon.
I pray 🙏🏻 to god , for all who are suffering from hair issues their hair problems to be resolved and may they get healthy thicker and shinny hair for life . 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
@@kirannathani9123 it depends on each person.. It is not recommended to keep for long for persons having sines problem.. Bcoz most of the ingredients gives cooling effect..i think, 20 mins to half an hour is enough.. And please DON'T use any shampoo to wash off... Wash with normal water..
Loved the video ..so simple to make.. if we have fresh ingredients then shd they b dried in direct sunlight (for how long) or kept in shade to dry?also shd we add the hibiscus leaves also to this mix?
Do you know actually this thali is a herbal shampoo which we(Kerala people)use to wash hair ,the better way is to use fresh leaves and grind that in a mixy jar by using little bit water or rice water, so after applying this no need to wash it with other shampoos, we use this to clean hair and for nourishment.😊
Noooo... Don't use shampoo after putting thali.. U will loose all the benefits. Wash off with plain water... By the way thanks bro for the vedio... Loved it.. I use thali twice in a week.. Its d best fr my hair.. I play around with ingredients. I donnot use shampoo, I use reetha (soap nuts) If I need to wash the excess oil and cleanse my scalp.
@@kirannathani9123 Hi Kiran, I soak the deseeded dried reetha fruit, Shikakai and Amla in water over night. Next day I boil dem all together once cooled down grind dem and strain it. Store it in fridge inside a container. Some times while grinding I add aloevera as well.

Nice remedy... However can we make oil with the given ingredients? If yes, then shud it be made with infusion method or double boiling method? If infusion method is to be used, then how much of time will it take for getting infused..... N also will the ingredients need to be strained later? Kindly reply
Thank you. I am not sure if you can get all ingredients there. But getting it online may be a good option. If you cannot get one or two ingredients, its still ok
Thank you Sir for sharing this with us. We are using onion, curry leaves and methi infused in coconut oil, so can this paste be applied over that? Also Could you guide me if we can add 1 tsp henna powder to the ingredients? Thank you Sir.
Hello BTS, Thank you for these tips. What remedy, if any, can you suggest for scarring in the hair follicles? This may or may not be why my hair, a natural afro, has been stuck at 5 inches of length for years now. I just don't ever get any new growth (so it's not the case that my hair grows but then breaks off). I have tried all manner of masks and mixes on a regular basis too (including the ayurvedic herbs that you mention here along with various essential oils and carrier oils). Weaves and extensions don't work either. Can you think why my hair just doesn't grow (if follicle damage is not the problem) and what I can do about it? TIA (if you reply).
Thanks for writing. I am not totally sure if you have scarring of follicles, which would present as different condition. Well, it might make you think and believe that your hair is not growing at all. That's commonly seen with 3c, 4a, 4b, and 4c hair types. Here can be some facts 1. Shrinkage comes into play. While hair gains length, it shrinks and shrinkage can happen from 50% to 75%. This gives a feeling like its not gaining length 2. In few people, growth is slow (Genetics). However, there is definitely growth 3. Split and brittle edges may lose the length. Regular trimming of edges and maintaining moisture is very essential. 4. Avoid excess shampooing, instead shampoo once a week and just rinse with plain fresh water every day. 5. promades, natural hydration methods help 6. If low porosity hair, argan oil, jojoba oil, Sweet almond oil, grape seed oil are efffective. Don't use castor oil or coconut oil 7. Keep away from heat, dryers and use only wide toothed wooden comb We will come back with more better research for afro hair. Stay tuned

my mausi sufered from alopeicia. she lost all her hair even the ones on her eyebrows. for more than one year she was totally bald. she had tried everything but nothing seemed to work. But around few weeks back she came to know about a "vaidh" who makes special oil. she got the oil from him and you won't believe in less than a week's time hair started to grow on her scalp. we are so happy for her.
Mallu women have nice hair the men don't most eventually go bald like me 😂 this will work if you already have healthy hair but if you are balding I doubt it will
