Hi Everyone!! I am excited to finally share this video with you because I can FINALLY get a break from eating eggs three times a day LOL! But seriously, this method should work for you. Take the time to experiment with cooking times because where you live (high altitude vs. low altitude) affects how long a pressure cooker takes to cook food! I hope you enjoy! xo Amy

I have been looking all over the place for a good soft boiled egg recipe in the instant pot for ramen. I never thought about using the steam function. Thank you so much, my eggs are in the ice bath now, can't wait to try them.

I love using my instant pot for boiled eggs. Saves me time and less mess, in my opinion.

First time viewer. You have a lot of good tips. I've been making hard boiled for years in the IP but soft boiled were not so good.

I pre-heat instant pot with cup of water, place eggs in after slight boil or steam. Close and cook 3 mins, manual release after 2 mins. Water is cool but not iced. So 3-2-2 ate lots of eggs testing this out. As for hard boiled 3-5-2 though its how I like my egg texture say for deviled .

Update. So mine came out pretty much hard boiled. Very silky texture though. I'm going to play with this some more. Thank for the video!

I can make hard boiled eggs in 14 minutes on the stove top! Cook times are way too long.
