I saved this recipe the day it came out and just made it for my family’s dinner. Ohmygosh it’s so good and simple. My daughter took one bite and said it was her new favorite thing. I never make adjustments to a good-looking recipe for the first go-round but I did use two full cans of artichoke hearts just because we love them so much. DELISH. Thank you!
Oh my, I can not wait to make this. We always order spinach & artichoke dip as an appetizer. I haven't been this excited to try something new in a long time. 😂
I made this tonight. I only had 8oz of spinach on hand and I used an 8oz bag of mozzarella but everything was was the same. It was delicious 😋. My husband almost ate the plate! Thanks Jeffrey!
I love you and your recipes! Been following you for years and almost all my go to recipes for dinner comes from you and pretty positive this one is going to become another favorite! Thank you Jeffrey for being absolutely fabulous and an absolute godsend to my kitchen! ❤️
Usually I never have issues with your recipes, but this one burnt twice, and once it burns, you’re kind of screwed due to the spinach. I saved it of course and it still tastes amazing.
I think I'm gonna buy your cookbook!! The meal is cooking as I'm writing this. Your recipes have helped me to start eating more veggies and stuff I'm normally uncomfortable with. Mmm! 💚
@@PressureLuck oh yeah it turned out amazing!! I added celery (to use before it went bad), shredded the chicken up, and cooked noodles on the side and mixed it all together. I did not know how bad I was craving this until I ate it! Keep up the good work 😁👍
We love you, Jeffrey. So excited for your successes. My grandsons have been learning to cook from your recipes and my hubby has learned food appreciation from your videos. (He still needs to work on the ecstasy induced eye rolls, however 😉) We have cookbooks 1&2 and are excited for #3. Great birthday presents! And- Honestly- I do believe I was probably one of the first people to suggest that you write a cookbook.
My favorite cooking videos! - Jeffrey you are SO much fun to watch! I am actually trying my first EVER instant pot recipe tonight! I can't wait to try one of your recipes! Bravo - Keep making your fab videos!

OMG!!! Another delicious recipe!! Can't wait to try it and I'll be sure to buy your third cookbook (bought your first two)! I've missed you Jeffrey & I hope you'll be posting more videos since your cookbook is done! Love, Love, Love all your recipes!!!
Hey, Jeff What about a Bundle of Cook Books and or a 3 Pack ??? We would likely Grab a 3 Pack. Luv your Recipes on here made like 25-30 different ones and made a few of them 5 or 6 times. AWESOME Stuff!!! 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
Would the cook time change if I used bite size pieces of chicken instead of flatting cutlets? This recipe looks amazing and can't wait to try it out!!! Thanks for another yummy dinner!💜
Looks delish! I can’t wait to try it out but would want to use about half the chicken and dice it and throw in half a box of farfalle pasta to make it more hearty and filling for my family’s tummies. How would I go about doing that?
I had one of my kids get chicken breast out of the freezer. I didn't realize till I went to cook dinner that he got chicken tenders. It took forever to cook all those little pieces. However, it tasted really good. We had it with jasmine rice. Yum.
So glad I happened to come across your page! Love everything you do. Added bonus, absolutely love that you love Boursin cheese as well! Its my favorite!!!
I've been watching your stuff for a while. Miss you when you weren't around too much. This is a great recipe to pop up in my subscribed videos. Looks awesome. I'm the instapot cook in my house. The wife hasn't really caught on to it. And she is going to love love this one. Thanks again. Enjoy your recipes. Jeff
JEFFREY!!! OMG!!! So I tried this... DELISHHHHH.... HOWEVER, I didn't have my glasses on. 🙄 made my son stir it upon completion... needless to say he has a Popeye arm!!! Hes like "MOM!!! Did you MEAN to put 2 POUNDS of cheese in it or two CUPS like the recipe calls for??!!"... but dagnabbit it was STILL AMAZING!!! He now asks "mom when you gonna make cheese stew again??" I say HEY HERES SN IDEA GENNNIIIUSSSS!!! YOU COOK!!! 🤣🤣 I took a video I wish I could send you of him stirring looking like he's about to pass out! 💖💖💖 LOVE YOUR CHANNEL, VIDEOS, PERSONALITY...FINALLY SAVED ENOUGH TO GET ALL YOUR COOKBOOKS... now just need to remember MY GLASSES!!! OY VEY!!
Okay I have so Many things to try now in the instantpot I've used it once since I've got it for Christmas cause I didn't know what to cook in it or really how to use it lol but I've read.the manual many times now lol so definitely trying the chicken and dumplings tomorrow night tho the this recipe
I really hate searing in the Instapot. It is such a small surface you have to work in batches and by the time you're done the fond is burnt. Also, with the chicken cut so thinly, a large Saucepan would work better, and almost as fast.
It took me forever to figure aloute is a dupe for boursin, i could barely find boursin then i did and found aloute and they carry that at my Aldi for cheap. sorry boursin... be more accessible. i know i spelled all that wrong, but whatever. love your vids and tried tons of them. I have a 3QT IP and a lot of the full recipes transfer over IMO for anyone wondering, but when you do soups and add stuff at the end things can get MESSY :)
