Great video! Came in real handy for a late night dinner. I did it with a Turkey quarter. I also subbed the poultry seasoning with Lipton Onion soup mix. I will definitely share this video with friends and family. Mahalo

Hey man.. yes sir they sell turkey breast. It doesn't produce as good of a gravy though but it's still good. Great tip. adding the milk. or cream buddy,
I recently picked me up an InstantPot duo evo plus, after long deliberation on what to get. Loving it and should have got me something similar years ago. I'll certainly will be making this turkey and will give it a go with chicken legs too. I'll finish them off on a grill though to give it that bbq charcoal little bit of extra. Looks like a recipe to prep in larger portions and have that perfect grilled turkey leg with gravy done in, for what the crowd sees, mere minutes.
So I finally did my turkey legs in my instant pot, recipe worked well; but I found feather pins in my leg - so for those checking comments beware of the turkey feathers under the skin.
