Instant Pot White Rice Recipe (Using Indian Sona Masoori Rice) - If you are looking to cook Indian white rice in Instant Pot, then this recipe will show you how to cook white rice in Instant Pot - 2 cups directly in the Inner Pot, and 1 cup using the Pot in Pot Method.
Though this recipe does not use Instant Pot's rice setting (that comes preset) or the 1:1 water to rice ratio recommended by Instant Pot as it makes rice too al dente and not soft and fluffy as we prefer.
