Good video. Does the pressure need to be normal /low pressure for 4 minutes or ?

Most method work for 2 cup. i dont know why may be more steam available. When you go 3 cup...u need more water. and quick release. Basically 3 cup u need 7 cup and release within 1 min after timer is up But i am looking aldente version like i cook in microwave. Want to duplicate it in pressure cooker but less water it do not cook uniform.
