Before the series when alot of people were wanting miami, i kept mentioning the miami heat streak of injuring key players in almost all of their playoff series the past 3Y and said there was a 90% chance a celtics player would get injured. I kept wishing we didnt get miami and if we did we would get out fully healthy. Their streak of opposing players getting injured playing against them continued tonight. They just play an unsafe brand of basketball. I dont want to face them again next year. 2. In line with #1, i hope KP and JT are ok. Get well soon! need to really wrap this series up early to give those 2 time to rest. I wouldnt be suprised to see KP sit G5. we will need a big luke game. Would love to see some X mins too. 3. Defense was good again tonight. Cs showing they can win games on defense when their 3s werent falling. Props to d.white for 3 blocks! 4. Our best version is when d.white is the MVP. not the Js. Not jrue. Not KP. When d.white is the best player it means the ball is moving and the right reads are being made. It also means we have more threats on the floor and the Js arent being baited to be pure scorers. I am calling it now. When we win the chip, d.white will win finals MVP. 5. those illegal screens by bam today were so obvious. Thats how herro got wide open most of the time. Look up the injury reports for the past 3Y. the heat lead the league in playoff injuries suffered by opposing rotation players (top 8). or talk to bucks fans, knicks, fans, sixers fans.. there comes a point in the data where its really just the heat play a physical, unsafe brand of basketball. You dont have to believe me either. Do your own tally and look up that bucks podcast where it was 1st brought up. Or the red-dit post of the guy who did the painstaking research on it. Theres a reason why alot of east team fans are scared of the heat.

We knew the refs were coming ready to blow us for loads of fouls. It was what Spoelstra asked for by telling everyone we play hard and physical. Still destroyed them. We need to beat them so bad that they have to rebuild the team.
I have to say, Stan Van Dummy's commentary on the Bam flagrant foul was one of the most idiotic takes I've ever heard. So if the shot is after the whistle you should be allowed to: step in a player's landing space, knock them out of the air, kick them in the testicles? What are we talking about? And once again the Heat strike with the "Who us? Dirty?! We wouldn't hurt a fly!" routine.
Porzingis needs to hit up Brady and get on that TB12 method or something. If treating him like glass all season still doesn't prevent these nagging injuries, time to try anything lol.

Who do you think has been feeding White when he got his career playoff high? Most of his shots were assists from the J's. They knew he was feeling it so they did the right thing and got him involved in every play. Maybe pay more attention?
We'll be alright tho the finals is a month from now and this core has finals and championship experience so i think they should still be able to get through the east if tatum decides to stop trolling
