Dr Mandell, I can’t thank you enough. I’ve been dealing with bppv, sinus problems, headaches at the base of my skull and always go to your videos when I need some relief. Your videos are appreciated so much!!

I know that medicines are necessary, but when you try this kind of exercises or acupressure, you feel a real relief.

Just beginning to use your natural methods of healing for my sinus and headache issues and am already feeling the difference positively.

great videos on sinus, I did these several times today and it really worked! Awesome! I've known about these pressure points but it's hard to do them , I find it easier to press the points for the time you say while you are talking. Like you are leading me through the exercise. It's amazing how well this works. I'm up at 2 am with a stuffy nose trying to get my sinus's to drain so I can get back to sleep. It's working great. I'm glad you made the videos. I have suffered from headaches for many years. my headaches are like it's worse than given birth to daughter. pressing the nose point, I took my headaches away faster than tylenol. I thank God for this technique

Recently I was in Disneyworld. It was hot, humid...just typical weather in October. In and out of highly air conditioned stores and back into the heat. In just one day I developed a head pounding sinus infection. I declined taking sudafed and simply tried an over the counter decongestant. By the third day I recalled that you did a video on sinuses. That evening I accessed this video and followed your directions. Within minutes my sinuses were clear. Unfortunately, I didn't remember this sooner. I got rid of all the congestion but still retained that horrible tiredness feeling of just wanting to lie down. I soldiered on for two more days all the while not enjoying what should have been a good vacation. I do believe this technique reduced the time it would take to recover. Just continues to mystify me why people want to be argumentative when you share non-prescription remedies. We are a pill sick country. Now 65 years old, in good health (because I work at it) and only take 5mg bp med and working on getting off it as well.

This is awesome and I am going to share your video. I had a sinus headache, pressure even in the back of my head. I did this twice along with the ear exercises and my head feels great relief. I was originally looking up some effective over the counter antihistamines, then spider-webbed over to accupressure videos. My doctor prescribed me a nasal corticosteroid for 30 days. But I stopped using after a week because Im afraid of the side effects. Instead I just mix hot water and himalayan salt in a cup and inhale the steam. After it becomes warm, I gargle it. I do this 2-3times a day and it works.

Thank you sir. It helps to some extent. By using these easy techniques, at least we can avoid medication. Can you please publish a video how to get rid of from cough in throat. I get thick mucus/cough in throat and it gets stuck in throat only (neither it comes out or goes in to the stomach) and sometimes it is difficult to breath. I am suffering from this since last 4 years due to acid reflux and I cannot sleep properly at night. I am not consuming alcohol or not smoking. Also my meal timings are regular. I tried many medicines and still I am on medication but no satisfactory result I get. I am Male, 40 years.

As a former massage therapist I would get clients complaining of sinus issues every year. I would do the entire face because ...why not? LOL we use the facial muscles all day so a little TLC helps. Great video and definitely works

Dear Dr. Mandell, the point gv26 on the philtrum between the nose and upper lips can be pressed for natural asthma relief. Pressing lips together avoids the mistake of a mouth breathing asthmatic and is more convincing than a spray.
