You may feel a muscular burn. But if it doesn't feel right don't do it and try other exercises. Possibly seek a coach to make sure that you are doing it correctly
Not sure I have SIJ issues, but these are some of my favourite moves for the ways my hips and lower back get crunchy from general life and they really help. The bridge variation is new to me but giving it a test drive now I can imagine it being a good antidote to hip stiffness from sitting too long so will add that too. Thank you 😊
Are you a chiropractor? I had my back overstretched 6 months ago I waa doing some work bending down and 2 days later after being really sore I went to a chiropractor and when he tried to adjust my right side he went really hard and it didn't popped out so he went a second time in the same side but stronger and oh my after that I haven't heal even with therapies my left side is all good and strong but this pain just by doing laundry puts me in bed for a month by only twisting to the left side. What did he do to me?? Pleaae this is getting me depressed because I lost my job and I'm not even able to exercise
Awesome video! I have a bulged lumbar disc. But I don’t have pain down the leg, but in the hip iliac area across the side and front hip. My doctor wants me to do surgery. I don’t. I’ve been trying different stretches for 2 years and in your video you’ve provided some new ones! Thank you! I’m not sure if the issue is only the disc. I believe it’s also a piriformas and psoas issue and now the SGI joint. How can I tell what is really going on? I get temporary relief from stretches and myofascial release with foam rolling too, but it’s temporary. Sometimes I think I over stretch and over roll because I have pain/swelling the next day. But after a day it goes away. Is this good or bad? Too many questions! Thx!
i apparently have weak hip flexors. would you have videos out there that would be helpful. much appreciation. also the discomfort came from the front of the hips traveled down from hip to between the big toe and second toe sole oppose to the top of feet.
SIJ disfunction, I'm hypermobile, all those stretches got me worse, i might need stabilization, so lot of simmetrical core exercise, and pelvic floor reinforcement too.

Hi, great video, I have pain in SI joint area since 3 years, I have tried multiple doctors but couldn’t get a fixed solution. The pain comes back after each treatment. I usually feel the pain when I get up in the morning, sometimes it’s too severe. I tried some exercises for past 15 days, but the pain comes back one day. Can you please tell me, the approx time I’ll get treated if I follow this daily? Also, should I practice it once or twice daily? I just want to make sure I don’t overburden my back, curing it at the same time.

Does anyone get severe SI joint pain ?..IV had multiple treatments and exercises over many years...at its worst it is dibilitating....pain is from groin to buttock..
