@@maxvcollenburg Still getting locked into it,, so can't pick any atm... Also, your Integromat Cheat Sheet isn't being sent to my inbox, can't tell why! (P.s I had already checked both SPAM & PROMO Folders...)
This is handy for if you want a scenario to run three times a day because there is no setting to do so. By scheduling it every 6 hours from 9am to 10pm, it will run at; - 9am - 3pm - 9pm Hope that makes sense 🙃
Hi Max, thank you for your videos! Quick question: Do you know if there's a way to get an Instant Trigger for an added Row? I need a workaround, so Integromat sends over data immediately when a new row is added to Google Sheets. Many thanks in advance for your help!
Hey Monique! Unfortunately some tools don't have instant triggers, like Google Sheets. As far as I know, you could only schedule a scenario to check every few minutes if there is a new row in the Google Sheet. Would that not be fast enough for you?
@@maxvcollenburg, thank you for your quick reply! Unfortunately, I need it instant. Current user flow: 1. Someone submits a form (Typeform) 2. Results go instant to Google Sheets (existing integration) 3. The algorithm runs in Google Sheets 4. The results are sent to Webflow (live item in collection). Currently, the setup works with Zapier, but as it takes a few minutes for Zapier and Webflow to create and publish the live item, so I build a workaround where people receive an email with their personal link. What I try to accomplish is that they don't have to wait for the email, but that the results are available instantly, meaning that after the form submission, they will be redirected directly to their personal link. I was hoping Integromat could have a solution for this. If you have any thoughts on how to accomplish this, I would be very grateful! Otherwise, thanks again for your fun videos
@@maxvcollenburg Sir, not for integromat. Before it was present there, where we could integrate google sheets, ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, etc. In my dashboard, now I cannot find that integration section for few pages.
@@maxvcollenburg Yes, it used to be inside settings under extension section. For 3 of my clients page it is there and for 3 it js not there. It's ok Max, I know you will look upon it. By the way I am enjoying your free course. Completed 3 videos.
Natively there's not really a setting for it, but there is a bit of a workaround. Let's say you want to run your scenario at 9AM and 6PM. To do that, set the scenario to run every 9 hours, and under advanced scheduling only let the scenario run between 9AM and 6:05PM 🙂 That way, it will only run on those two times. Hope that helsp!
Max i have one preblem with scheduled and watch rows in google sheets. When schedule run integromat takes blank rows and I not like this. I only want new rows with data.
Hey Victor! I think you could add a filter after the scheduled module to check if the row has any data 🙃 That way, if there's nothing in the row, it won't continue.
With a very simple scenario and a free membership, scheduling a scenario every 15 minutes means that's 2880 operations in 1 month. That's completely ridiculous and running out of operations after 10 days. There needs to be a different solution for this, and I don't wanna use Zapier.
I think it depends a bit what you're doing. Personally, I always found a workaround to use an instant instead of a scheduled trigger OR I could reduce the amount of operations by letting it run less frequent & use advanced scheduling to exclude certain times/days. For example, I first had a scheduled trigger checking my email inbox every few minutes, which did indeed cost a lot of operations. I then switched to forwarding all my emails to a mailhook, which triggers the scenario instantly. Hope that's helpful!
