INSTAX MINI 8 PROBLEMS!! 

To save time: No she doesn’t fix any of the problems we’re all having on our camera. She doesn’t gut it or solve anything except talking about changing the battery

I changed the batteries but it's still not working. Idk if the battery is alkaline or not tho

The same thing is happening to me! And I don’t know what to do! 😭😭😭 Even if I press the button, it doesn’t take photos. And the red light comes on but the settings do not light up. And the thing is always in S. HELP!!! 😭😭😭

I am having this issue from not using mine for a long time even though I changed the battery it still won’t work

Sameee the red light wont go on and it wont make the sound when you turn it on but my camera seems to work fine change the batteries and dont shake it it should be fine after that

FOR ANYONE WHO NEEDS THIS INFO: yyou open the back and it is on s. You hit the shutter button and it removes the black shade and goes to 10. You NEVER open the back to look at the film, that exposes it, AND when you close it, the camera KNOWS you read the directions and would never open that back door with film in there, so you must have put in a new cartridge, so it is on s, waiting for you to remove the black shade, and then you will have 10 shots. DON'T OPEN THE BACK TILL ALL FILMS ARE USED, THERE IS NOTHING TO SEE IN THERE! ALSO, look in the battery slot and you will see a diagram of which way to put each battery in, don't assume, LOOK!

Ok to get this cleared out -every time you open the door to put in film the camera will outomaticly go back to 10 Just don’t open the back every time you take a picture -you are not supposed to shake the film ,the chemicals will get mixed up -the lights are flashing because it’s getting adjusted to the light and trying to give you a recommendation for the lighting hope this helped

Mine is a 9. the light turns on and then just does not print anything the settings light won't turn on either I have changed the battery tho

So i got this camera for less than 10 bucks from antique shop. Now this shit is not working, the red light keeps blinking, actually everywhere only red light is blinking. After i click a photo, the camera starts to make some mechanical noise and then nothing comes out. If someone can help me, pls do or else i am going to beat that antique shop owner. U have until next week.

if you arent sure what battery, use NEW duracell batteries.

can someone help me , i put in a new film , and my the place where it tells me how much film there is is stuck at 1 , and i put in a new pack . where the setting of the light adjustment is keeps flashing . it wont work at all . can someone help ?

I got mine yesterday there was an s and 10 but it still work you should not open the film place until they are done when you take the picture do not shake it

The film has been exposed to sun light and that can mess up the whole pack of film that’s what happened to mine but i have the Onestep2

You don’t shake the picture once it comes out. Just lay it out flat on a surface. The instructions says it.

I tried to take a picture with my cat bc I haven’t used it in a while and it wasn’t working and I feel like I wasted my 50 dollars I could have bought a new head set

Your photos comes out like that because you are not supposed to shake the film and your not supposed to open the film you should watch photography concentrate

I have the same problem 😔 My instax mini 9 is new i used 5 times and all photos are fine than I opened the back where the film existed and then all the photos become like this so I think this is the reason 💔 i will buy new film tomorrow to see. Sorry for my bad English 💗

This happened to mine.. I switched the batteries out and it still wouldn't work.. Turns out I was just using cheap batteries!! Switched it out for more expensive and better batteries... And it worked!!

My instax 9 has the setting lights flashing and the film won’t come out

Oh dear God, stop doing everything wrong! The light blinking means the battery is low. When you open the film compartment it resets because you're only supposed to do that when changing the film packs. And for the love of all things, don't shake or blow on the photo while its developing! You'll ruin it! But seriously, did you make this video just to annoy Instax users? Because you succeeded.

My new thing, I just put in, I took a photo, “I have had it for 2 years, like her.” Now the black thing is stuck! Ugh.

hi girl my instax got a prob when da cover of da film got stock in my camera wat i did was i removed it manually then da camera was blinking non stop,i changed da film but then da camera didnt work.,i let it rest for 3 hrs,i removed da battery..,i removed da new film.,i changed da battery.at 1st it didnt work then i tried again removed da film & battery then inserted again,and i press da back of camera & it works!!!

What did you do?? My isn’t working at all. I changed the film and the batteries but is isn’t turning on at all. It’s just stuck on the (s) which I never even noticed before. I haven’t used it in maybe 2 years now.

You’re problem is your shaking the premature undeveloped chemicals and blobs appear. My problem is that all the pictures I’ve taken with my new camera is they all come out black or white mostly black no matter what I do

Everytime u open the refill part it WILL ALWAYS turn back to S

1st of all your not supposed to shake the film 🎞 second of all your not suppose to open the little thing to take the films out because the light gets in and it’s gonna look white all the time btw js saying cus that’s what it says in the instructions 💖.

When I changed the batteries it worked

I smacked my camera real hard and then turned it off and on again. Issue solved. Originally changing batteries didn't help and turing off and on didn't help. But post smack it helped

Mine wasn't doing that but the fan was like coming out slowly and getting stuck so I took it apart to get it unstuck and I took it apart more to figure out what was wrong and now it's not working I should have found your video first but I've been taking it apart and trying to figure out what was wrong it works I just need to take it apart to fix one of the springs I guess

All you have to do is change the batteries

You should replace the batteries because the problem is that the battery voltage may be too low to use the camera.

TIP: don't open the door were the film is at when your on like film 5 it goes right back to S. why? cause its thinks that your restarting and putting a new film then u close it and it dose not come out. confusing yup *btw i like the video*

You are not suppost to shake the film, maybe that is why your pics are like that, and it went back to s bcs you opened it, hope I helped

try NOT shaking the picture after you take it!!! There are chemicals in the film that if shaken, they cant ruin the picture! Try it out and let me know!! I was having the same issue too!

i dont think you shake them like a Polaroid picture...

also take off the batteries of the camera if you done using it
