My machine is not turning left enough to get the waste to fall into bin, so the litter box remains dirty and fill of shxt. How do I adjust that? I messaged the seller and they told me to just scan the instruction QR. It led me here! After spending so much time I found no such info 😢😤
It would be helpful if the instructions showed how to attach the litter strainers. When I took the tape off as instructed, one fell off. I can't figure out how to reattach it. Also, I found a smaller stainer INSIDE the waste bag that comes already attached. It's hard to see inside without a light and impossible to see the inside of the front to attach the larger strainer.

So true. Can’t figure it out how to install it. The guy in the video diddle f&cks around for 20 minutes without showing the catch. Without this part installed it dumps litter on the floor. Thanks China for more stupid sh-t.
Nice try…. You washed a clean litterbox. Now let us see how you clean a used one 😩. What a disaster. You can’t remove the yellow grate where all the wet litter is clogged. You will spent liters of water and still there is grit behind the grate. You can’t dry it either so when you want to use is there always will be water in it. This is designed by someone who never uses this machine. My plan is to dismantle the whole thing just to have it cleaned properly. Think twice before you buy it.
me too it won’t do a full 360 it stops halfway then puts the poop into the litter and then will do a 360 after the poop has already been dumped back into the litter !
No issues so far you need you use a fast clumping litter and play around with the settings as far as clean time I’m using the arm and hammer hard ball litter because it clumps almost immediately and I set my clean time to like 4 min I will say though the bags they give you suck
I liked the idea of this litter box, but the waste flap broke and now it just rotates the waste clumps back into the clean litter. Does anyone know how I can get a replacement flap?
Inside there is one label that says it needs to be removed before use. However there are 4 plastic labels around the litter tray rim. Are they supposed to be removed as well because there is litter sticking to them? Surely they must be removed?
Hey, I had that same problem too what you’re meant to do is to move the actual box to where you always want the litter to go back to. That’s how you center it, you can also move the box by going to the back and opening the backpiece to adjust it
I have had this litter box for probably close to 6 months and have had nothing but problem after problem after problem. It will stop turning, then it gets stuck. You can't clean it so the bag becomes wet and then urine and wetness drip down the side of the barrel you take it out to clean it and it always says it's not properly back on the Axis you take it back off try to put it on there again and it still say improper mount I'm really sick of it. I have had my fill with this Kitty PAN. I have had many self cleaning pans but none this troublesome.
Mine won’t stop turning the opposite way when cleaning, it collects the poop then turns again and drops it and then turns back to dump it but nothings there because it dumped it back into the litter. 😡😡😡
Can you switch off the round light - it’s in the hallway and at night it’s like a floodlight entering the bedroom - I’m gonna have to block it off somehow
I use regular bags off Amazon with a drawstring. They work perfect if you look at what he's using in this video mine look exactly the same!! They are great..I just pull tight just as he does and then wrap the drawstring around.. you have to make sure you fit the bag under that lip on the bottom side then tighten the top and wrap . My bags are a small office can size
My machine went to do it's first cleaning after the cat went potty and halfway through cleaning their litter it stopped and the auto is flashing. The barrel is now upside-down and won't proceed with the cleaning 😔
This is garbage. Is there a video for first time usage. This video is from the t-code on the device itself. The company website is was down when i check. This is a disappointment all around
Worst litter box ever I have had mine for 1 month and about to give it away for free that's how worthless this box is it's disgusting the boo boo gets everywhere nothing like the video
Only compatible with 2.4g network says in the small print when the app opens in the beginning of the video... this thing is a waste of money and terrible but if I can not clean a litter box everyday for a few months it'll be worth it
