1/4" hex adapter fits perfect, I use the driver that comes free with the ring brand because its plastic and causes no damage to the fittings. Try it, you will be surprised.

Ring flood cam comes with a plastic tool that tightens those nuts. I keep it in my tool bag and works a treat.

I have a really small 1/4" hex/Square drive pocket sized socket set from Lidl in my toolbag for small fixings like these, the ratchet handle is only as long as my thumb so it easily slips into my pocket. It has a useful selection of 1/4 drive sockets, a square to hex adapter, hex bit holder acting as a small extension and a decent selection of common size hex drive screwdriver bits.
