State farm had a huge lawsuit for saying they'd pay claims and then not actually pay or make bogus reasons not to cover legitimate claims. Then they paid off a judge so they wouldnt have to pay that settlement. So yes, Definitely take your own pictures of damage before.
This is my thing, like if hes hammered which he probably is ok. But hes seen how hes acted the entire time, should have asked him if hes had any medical issues or something, he obviously seen that he was acting wierd. Just angry about the roof Insurance and forgetting the guys human. Just watched him fall of the roof, even called it as it was happening. Im not sure this video is a good thing to have posted.

The camera guy saw that he was stumbling and obviously wasn't right, didn't ask if he was ok or offer any assistance and just watched him stumble off the side of the building. Pretty shitty behaviour by the uploader and by everyone here wanting to see how injured he was.
I dunno, in the long format video he seemed normal but the guy recording was speaking to him saying he was acting weird, as in being an ass etc. And that once the video camera came out he stopped. He might have been driving, he might have had a heat stroke, because it seemed to have come out all the sudden, and looked like he got confused when he did the dog circle thing. I dunno

I wonder who paid for his medical expenses. Was it filed as a workmen’s compensation accident or did the homeowners insurance cover it. Either way I’d say the insurance company probably tried contesting it since they were both. They could probably win too since the guy was drunk🤣😂🤣. I would have loved being a juror in that civil case.
