Hey sputter, I bought my rover last year! I bought a Honeywell space heater that works great. ( worked well at 20 degrees ) Planning on installing a diesel heater as well. I’ll have three heat sources then which will be nice to have as I plan on doing a lot of winter camping.
I always use an electric ceramic heater for heat instead of propane unless of course you are boon docking. It usually gets too hot. It's a HUGE waste of propane to use it for heating when you have electric at your disposal.
Yes, you should be okay with that. I would recommend a sway bar of some kind. And have a trans cooler if you're in a mountain area during summer months.

CJ, ours did not come with the cover when we purchased it. I had to order the cover and install. When they sent it, it came with 6 extra tabs for the bottoms.
