Running an old receiver and looking at new ones for the first time in ages. What happened to the dedicated LFE out? Mine has 3 sub outs including a 4v LFE. I need 4 volts if not more.

Does this unit have the Bass plus mode when setting up the subs? I had it on A older Pioneer Elite model and it really work well for bass performance and I believe the reasoning was because of the THX certifcation rating I had talk to Some Yamaha AVR owners and they say it had this feature Bass PLUS mode when setting up the subs in the menu...yes I think the unit is a little dated looking will wait till they improve the look and DACs before my next upgrade
