Integrating our young chickens into the flock - Homestead VLOG 

It is time to add our baby chickens to the flock with the rest of the chickens. The baby chicks are at least 8 weeks old and should be old enough not to require a heat lamp. So we are moving them to the coop with the rest of the chickens. The first few days will be rough as the chicks have to find their place in the pecking order.
