You are amazing and can't get over your informational videos. The way you teach is very great and very clear. I always struggle with priority and documentation. You made very clear tips to look into the question.
Your videos are very helpful for me… the way you teach retains in my mind and when I practice questions i can hear you in my ears answering the question. Thanks for the work you are doing ❤️❤️
Great video, I like the way you go over why the answer is the answer. I was wondering if you can cover some tips in some basic fundamentals. Like appropriate therapeutic responses and going over some basic communication blockers. All in all going over some questions with how you should talk to a patient. (Reflection, assertive, restating, open ended q’s, etc etc)
Matthew Nona that is actually on my list of videos to cover! There are some concepts before it but I’ll get there. In the meantime, you normally always want to ask open ended questions unless: 1. Emergency and quick answer is needed like “Are you ok?” or “Do you jane any allergies?” 2. Suicide--> “Are you having any thought of harming yourself or anyone else” 3. Abuse--> You can’t beat around the bush. You have to always ask directly if they are being harmed or hurt in any way. I hope this was helpful to you!
