from what my students tell me, if you watch my videos long enough you will start hearing my voice in your head telling you to cut the crap whenever you want to pick a wrong answer choice.

Love, love, love your videos. I'm in an accelerated graduate nursing program and this really helps a lot. Could you explain in brevity why decreased Na for the ADH question would be incorrect? I remember the RAAS uses Na in the feedback loop to trigger water upkeep when the pressure is low, but if you're not holding on the water wouldn't the Na be low as well? Water follows sodium, right? I know naturally the mucous members will be dry, but I overthink and confuses me lol
Adh retains water if you have increased level you will have increased fluid retention and if not controlled could possible dilute the sodium in the blood causing low sodium levels

You did not even mention spinal injury incontinence and the bladder infections that come with that , That is what I have and have to live with now a catheter AND ALL the infections that come with it . I am desperately searching the net on how to care for myself
