I’m upgrading from a i54440 to this card and ddr5 ram 4800mtz can’t wait until I’m done with this build (ddr3 mother board to ddr5 should be a noticeable upgrade)
I upgraded my 10 year old i7 4770 with this processor.. Its best upgrade for me and excellent in terms of performance with affordable price... Only cons is Stock cooler which is useless... Just get better aftermarket cooler like deepcool or coolermaster..
@@OdinHardware my temp was reaching 85 deg with stock cooler when playing heavy CPU demanding games.. After installing deepcool cooler CPU max temp even during heavy load does not exceed 57 deg
i have a problem regarding display, even when i use a gpu it does not display the BIOS. i used both mobo and gpu displays and there is no signal, any solutions?
Someone please offer advice: I built my first pc and have this cpu. PC runs well BUT cpu temps at spike into 80s and once got into high 90s (hit 100 in one fan!) when I download something (like Visual Studio or some app). When I have just some apps running without downloading, temps are like high 40s low 50s. But idk why I'm getting these major temp spikes. My thermal paste and new cpu cooler (arctic 34 esports cpu cooler) just arrived. I also bought a couple of arctic fans for exhaust. Is it normal for this cpu to get so hot??? maybe its not installed fully correctly or didnt have enough paste on it? please help
@@OdinHardware Installation was almost certainly the issue. One of the four pins wasnt properly in the motherboard hole. IT was really hard to get all four in there. I also put on new thermal paste. Now my CPU temps are WAY better! No spiking. I also added an exhaust fan.
