you should find an affiliated regional fair first and register for it. search it up through the Official website. (plus, just motivation+smartness+hardwork makes it.
Sorry for super late reply but some schools host it, or you can join online I believe. I am doing it through my school, and I have friends who go to other schools that are working with my school to enter. So just find a school in your area that has a science fair program. Just a heads up though, it a hell of a lot of work, and very stressful, it’s my first year and I have never done something this stressful and i have not even gone to the actual fair yet. But in the end it’s worth it if you choose a topic you are passionate about.
