Welcome to our assembly guide for the Intensa Physician’s Stool! In this video, we will walk you through the process of unboxing and assembling your new stool, which comes with various options such as foot rings and backrests.
Unboxing and Inspection:
When your stool arrives, carefully inspect the carton for any visible damage. If you notice any issues, contact the carrier and Intensa immediately.
Open the box by cutting the tape and gently remove the components including the backrest, base, seat, and foot ring. Place each part on a plastic sheet or in a protected area to avoid damage.
Ensure you have all the parts before you start the assembly process.
Assembly Instructions:
Attach the Casters:
Remove the casters from their bag.
Turn the base of the stool upside down and firmly press each caster into the designated slots on the base.
Once all casters are in place, flip the base over so the casters are on the floor.
Install the Foot Ring:
Position the foot ring on top of the base.
Remove any protective cap from the foot ring to prepare it for installation.
Attach the Piston:
Unwrap the piston from its plastic covering.
Place the piston with the flat part facing down, ensuring the green pneumatic plunger is visible and unattached.
Align the pneumatic plunger with the center hole of the seat and securely attach it.
Install the Seat Back:
Flip the seat over and locate the knob for attaching the backrest.
Unscrew the knob, attach the backrest to the seat, and then tighten the knob to secure it in place.
Final Check:
After assembly, inspect the stool and all components for any nicks, dents, scratches, or other damage. If you find any issues, contact Intensa for assistance.
