Unboxing and Assembling Your Lumex Physician’s Stool: A Comprehensive Guide
Welcome to our step-by-step guide on unboxing and assembling your Lumex Physician’s Stool. Designed for maximum comfort and functionality, our stools come with various options such as foot rings and backs to suit your needs. Follow these instructions to ensure a smooth setup.
Unboxing Your Lumex Physician’s Stool:
Inspect the Packaging: Upon receiving your stool, carefully check the carton for any visible damage. If you notice any issues, immediately notify the carrier and Graham-Field to address the situation.
Open the Box: Cut the tape and open the box. Take out the components-back, base, seat, and foot ring-placing each part on a clean, protected surface to prevent any damage.
Assembly Instructions:
Attach the Casters:
Remove the casters from their packaging.
Turn the base of the stool upside down.
Firmly press each caster into the designated holes on the base until they are securely attached.
Install the Foot Ring:
Flip the base so that the casters are on the floor.
Position the foot ring on top of the base and remove the cap from the foot ring.
Install the Pneumatic Piston:
Unwrap the piston from its plastic covering.
Place the piston’s flat end downward, ensuring the green pneumatic plunger is visible and unattached.
Align the green pneumatic plunger with the center of the seat hole and firmly attach it.
Attach the Seat Back:
Flip the seat over to access the seat back knob.
Unscrew the knob and attach the seat back to the stool.
Tighten the knob securely to ensure the seat back is firmly in place.
Final Checks:
Inspect the Stool: Once assembled, examine the physician’s stool and all components for any nicks, dents, scratches, or other damage. If you find any issues, contact the carrier and Graham-Field immediately.
