Yeah honeslty this is the only workout channel that actually provide a range of good workouts, especially since I don't go to the gym, I can do them here at home.
For an extra burn, after the last exercise, flip over and do plank (squeeze abs and butt) until end of the video. Motivates you to keep going and not just die on the floor :) keep up the great work guys!! Awesome video as always👽👽

Full abs and obliques workout and absolutely no weights needed! I live in the Boston area and it's finally starting to get warmer out again which means getting closer and closer to beach season!! Time to shred that six pack up :D Also, you guys can expect an intense barbell workout next Monday! It will be the back version. @@lifenote1725 if you cant see abs it is most likely a body fat issue. tense your core. if you can feel good muscles there, all thats left is to get rid of the fat in between your abs and your skin.
Ive been doing this workout at the end of my main workout for around 4 months 4 times a week and my abs are showing and my core strength has gotten alot better! Highly recommend keep it up bro 👊👊👊
I’ve been doing this ab workout for about a month after every mass workout, today was the first day I could do the whole thing with no rests! No limits!!
@@jesusjimenez6755 a little but I'm using several different youtube ab videos I also work my other muscle groups at the gym when I can and switch off. I would def have different vids in your arsenal so you have variety and shock your muscles to me this routine is like a 6/10 difficulty the others i do are closer to 8 or 9
@@jesusjimenez6755 ya man the other vids I check out are Chris Heria's, Bully Juice, and NEXT Workout's(Perfect ABS workout to get 6 pack) Next workout is one of the toughest for me but you get a 5 sec break between exercises
@@f4t.qu0kk4 I dont think I have done this specific workout from anabolic aliens in a while, but I've been doing their other ones and they are still really good. So I'm sure this one is still really good.

By far my favourite abs exercise to kickstart the rest of your workout. Absolutely rocking every time, and it is almost impossible to go through 5 minutes without a single rest. I keep coming back to this every time.

I’m glad I found this channel yesterday. I’m subscribed yesterday. Before work every day me and my wife going to do these 5 minute videos. Yall do things we’ve never seen or done before and those routines are straight to the point and effective. We usually follow other routines and do 15 minute workouts in the morning but after finding you guys we she’s down 10 minutes but working even harder lol. Thank you and we appreciate you guys. I've been using experprise for the past 3 months and it really does make me feel like I had a good workout. Strongly recommend! I didn't feel like I had to use a gym when I have the app, a yoga mat and 2 dumbbells.
I’ve been doing this routine for about 3 months now, every day/second day. First time I tried it it was hell and I was pausing after only a few reps each exercise. Now I’m able to get about 1/2 before I need to take any breaks and even then it’s only for a second or two. It’s still hell, but now it’s a hell I feel I can conquer. Also subbed to a lot more of his 5 min workouts because they’re great for finishers after a workout or on days when the time just isn’t there but you want to do something. Tried many different work out videos on youtube and this channels is the best imo. Intense, effective and short. Before I know it I've already watched 3 vids and worked out for 15 minutes.

Okay so i could use some advice, This is my timetable Monday abs Tuesday legs Wednesday back Thursday chest Friday arms Saturday rest Sunday a mix of everything I do all your corresponding videos on every day about 3 to 4 times spread out over the day. Is this a good method or should I switch it up?
Sometimes if you bust out all you can for a chest day and the next day is arms you won't nearly be able to crank out as much. Make sure to recognize which muscles you're working out with each exercise. Every pushup works your shoulders, chest and triceps whilst you can expect a pullup to work your upper back and biceps.
