I love this mid-year reset! I am in the process of resetting my goals and my space. I love the solo date idea - I am definitely going to add that to my goal list, especially as a way to celebrate my small and big wins.

i really love what you are wearing :) thank you for sharing your goals and how you have been doing. thats ok that you dont feel like reading self help books and these sources, but you are doing other things to support your mental health. you reminded me to celebrate my achievements cos sometimes i just brush these off! i like how you categorised your goals! decluttering is honestly something that i really need to go through!!! loved this dear poppy x
