This is one of my favorite songs ever and this is easily the best piano cover of it I've heard. Absolutely fantastic work!

I first heard a snippet of this song in that Saturday Night Live sketch and found the whole thing immediately. The song is so special. And you played it amazingly.

I've been a fan of yours for a few years, I cannot fathom how this cover is so underrated in comparison to the rest of you work. You absolutely did this song justice.

This song provides a catharsis that I feel like I've been needing for a long time. All I can think about are the loves I've lost (or, perhaps better said, were never mine to fall for in the first place), the friendships that haven't stood the test of time for whatever reason, and the opportunities for success that I feel I've let slip through my fingers. I hope my life isn't actually anywhere near as bad as I feel like it is right now.

What a great cover. Certainly not easy to play. Imogen is kind of "freestyle" with tempo and stops in this song. It's a very unique and touching theme I always come back to and listen. In this interpretation on the piano this masterpiece brings a moment of "deceleration" for the mind and heart. So glad I found this. Many greetings from Germany and peace to all!

Its amazing how the way you play it makes it feel like an entirely different but completely complimentary song. It feels like if its an old story you heard a hundred times but this time told from the perspective of someone else who was there. It makes me imagine if Journey somehow leapt forward in time, heard Imogen Heap, thought it was great and went back in time to play it on Piano. Absolutely beautiful!!

Idk why this song came back to me after years of not hearing it, but since revisiting it, I had to seek out a piano cover 🎹 and this cover brings the same tears, there is just something so Soul touching and hitting within these melodies, it is truly a masterpiece, on par with Claire de lune, Beethoven’s 5th, and Brandenburg Concerto no 3. Your interpretation is something I have been revisiting now more than the original, as you nailed the nuance, and demonstrating an incredible mastery of your instrument. I just can’t tell you how much this means, your cover of this, is so beautiful. I am in tears right now. I just want to share this with the people that I’ve loved - if there was any way to make an musical expression of my Love for them, the Melody of my Heart, and the pain of separation, this song, your cover.
