I am 30 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I have been following your program and love it! Thank you! Also your patience with your kids is inspiring, it can be so hard to be interrupted and just focus on getting your self care in, but you manage to do it in a real life way and I love it! Not everyone has childcare so they can go to the gym and just do their thing!

I’m pregnant with my third boy and I love that your boys were running around having fun but letting you workout and make a video. Boys do have a lot of energy and I think they need to be allowed to get it out! Love it!

Nice! Im 25 weeks and wanted to take it "easy" today with a shorter workout. This was only 10 min and got my heart pumping! Thank you! 💜

I’m following the prenatal plan and absolutely love this workout! I always repeat it 3x to get a nice booty workout in with 3 reps for each exercise :) 30, almost 31 weeks over here and excited to see how long I can keep up in this pregnancy!

I'm 14+1 weeks today with baby #3. I've been following the Free Prenatal Program off and on since week 8 (with the ebb and flow of fatigue and morning sickness!). But I've been feeling much better since week 13 and am very excited to stick to the plan the best I can moving forward. I've got twin 23 months olds running around me, but I'm managing to get the workouts done. Seeing your kids around you while you workout showed me that I can do it to! No biggie 😊I've already gotten the 12 week Postpartum plan as well. I'm hoping to bounce back faster than I did with my twins.

Shelby, what an inspiration you are as a twin mom of 2 under 2, and expecting a singleton this time around. Seriously, beyond impressed by you working out! I think your toddlers will love seeing my kiddos on the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan working out with me on many workouts and I'm confident you will MAKE CRAZY GOOD progress this time postpartum armed with the Free Prenatal Program now and the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan. : D

Yep, you can repeat it for sure. : ) I generally always good with you going above and beyond (repeating workouts) as long as they are safe for your phase of pregnancy and this one is!

Whoa that got my heart going, I only have 15lb dumbbells or larger in my home. I totally couldn't do all the curls, went to failure for sure. I have a 3 year old and the quick dumbell workouts are my favorite! Thank you, I am working on getting a hot momma bod this year, I am due Thanksgiving and am looking forward to a cute maternity bathing suit!

How many months apart are your boys? Because they seem to get along great! From his experiences growing up, my husband thinks if they're less than 2 years apart they can be very competitive with each other. But that could just be disposition or nurture too more than age? We're trying to decide how long to wait before going for our second. Love your workouts! Thank you

My boys get along amazingly well. Best friends. 2 yrs apart exactly. I'm rooting for you to have more babies and I've found 2-3 yrs apart has been perfect for our family.
