I worked out with you during my first pregnancy, then I did a 12 post-partum program with you, now I'm 16 weeks pregnant with my second baby and I'm working out with you again!! These are the only prenatal workouts that I truly enjoy, thank you so much

I had to stop running due to knee pain during my pregnancy. Ashley, your workouts are the only ones I found that actually kept me in shape throughout my pregnancy! Now I am still doing your workouts (both prenatal and postpartum) and I have never felt more in shape! I love that your workouts are fast-paced. I can stay in shape in less than half an hour during baby's nap!
This was awesome! Burning five minutes in. I'm a big group fitness junkie and haven't worked out for almost a month due to the lockdown. Not one for home workouts. OMG... best prenatal workouts around. She going high intensity without pushing you too hard. My arms are about to fall off and I’m soooo happy about it. So many other prenatal workouts are so slow and don’t give me the workout I’m looking for. Love ya girl! You’re amazing
The GlowbodyPT prenatal workouts are my absolute favorite! Such efficient workouts, I do two or three different GBPT workouts and I’m done, usually takes just 20-30 minutes and I’m spent! Many other prenatal videos are longer and still don’t leave me feeling like I’ve gotten a great workout in.

I've completed a few of your workouts now and LOVE that they are prenatal-safe but also CHALLENGING! Last pregnancy I needed very beginner level stuff but this time I'm up for more of a challenge, and your workouts feel great....when I manage to get my toddler napping or occupied so I can do them! You are the best! You really challenge me to stay fit and strong during my pregnancy. I haven't found anyone else who acknowledges the strength we still have while we're pregnant. Other workouts are TOO EASY! I can't let my mom or grandma watch me do these workouts, though, because they freak out! When my grandma was pregnant they didn't let women even raise their arms to pin clothes up on the line. Thanks for all you do!

Love this so much! In my second trimester and feel like all the prenatal videos treat me like I'm so fragile and can't break a sweat, but I am fit and used to working out real hard. I just want to make sure I'm doing exercises safe for pregnancy. Thanks!

My 3-year-old daughter usually works out with me while my 20-month-old naps. We've gotten into a nice routine going through the prenatal workout plan. Today my daughter said, "Mommy are you ready to work out?" I said "Yup! Let's do it." She said, "Okay, Hi Mommies it's Ashley here from Glowbody PT" I couldn't help but crack up. I'm super thankful that these workouts are not only effective and challenging but pure enough that my 3-year-old can watch and not hear cuss words, immodest jokes etc. Thank you so much for doing this! I'm excited to see how going through this workout plan affects my labor this time.
Oh girl, this is hilarious! Your daughter really demonstrated how much they absorb from what they see us say/do/watch and illustrates how much children thrive when provided a routine. Clearly you've created a safe and supportive environment for her at home to "join in" and be there alongside you as she sees fit.
