grabe ang gaganda ng mga vlogs mo sir joven very educational kht mdyo matagal na ako nag bubuhat i still learn a lot of new things sa video mo like small details ng pag angle ng isang body part to hit more the targeted muscle..sir joven ask ko lang din paano mga ibang tao hindi talaga kaya mag heavy talaga..does lifting heavy is always a must para mag grow? thanks..
