This restaurant is located in Kruiningen in the Netherlands. It is a fine dining restaurant that is awarded one Michelin star from 1977 to 1983, two stars from 1984 to 2017 and three stars as of 2018 GaultMillau awarded them 19.50 points.
Restaurant Inter Scaldes earned its second star in 1984 under the leadership of head chef Maartje Boudeling. In 2001 the present head chef Jannis Brevet (ex-Helianthushof) took over. In 2018 Inter Scaldes earned its third star, under chef Jannis Brevet.
Inter Scaldes do not offer vegan cuisine.

In un momento in cui i tutto è digitalizzato e automatizzato, questo cuoco (di un 3 stelle) ha cotto un soufflé espresso in un forno in cui (1) l'umidità l'ha creata con dell'acqua nella Teglia, (2) la luce nel forno c'è grazie ad una torcia tascabile, (3) il tempo con un timer esterno. È bellissimo vedere un vero artigiano al lavoro! Rinnovo i miei complimenti per i tuoi video che sono sempre fantastici! 🔝 🔝 🔝 🔝 🔝

The amount of touching with your bare hands, no latex gloves, breathing on the dishes, no hair nets, etc is just staggeringband very disgusting In have to admit. If such a high class restaurant cannot even manage that.... Even the shittiest little burger places in a city are wearing gloves.

Gloves in a kitchen are good for specific jobs but in general are counterproductive. You can't feel what's on gloves so cross-contamination is more likely. If you wash the gloves then you get water inside them which leaks out while you are working. The alternative is to change gloves all the time but that is very wasteful. I mean any time you have someone else prepare food you are gonna get some of their germs,.If you're that bothered, only prepare your own food.
