Completing a very fast run from Waverley to Markinch, taking the controls of a High Speed Train on an Inter7City service, utilising free roam mode to do this. Hope you enjoy!

How did you get the markings so perfect. I tried making a NS Vectron and I just couldn’t get the colors rights. And the logo was not what I would say perfect

It just took lots of time , over 100 hours , it’s basically lots of shapes joined together with lots of patience. I would say the trickiest part was getting the correct colours

Sometimes HST's do the full loop stopping services - also the screen to the right is the DAS which displays your advice speeds and the next speed limit just like in the 385 and 170. It also displays the time of day and your formation e.g. HST 2+4 or HST 2+7/8 etc... 👍

Tunnel sound issue is to do with driving non-TSW4 standard trains on tod4 maps. They changed the sound effect in the tunnels for the new trains

The Y Route indicator on the Edinburgh Waverly signal is for any trains being routed west.

I really hope they can add the HST to this route at some point as an external DLC. It would really help the route not feel so empty with regard to timetable. I would be fine with it stopping at a red light to end near Markinch. I guess some would find it boring only stopping at Haymarket though, but even so it would help the route.

Would love them to extend this route right through to dundee, that was we can give the hst a proper run and also have another iconic bridge full of history in the game! 170s can also do the full run too!

I think that’s a glitch because whenever I set a location on free roam using the hsts it always puts the rear headlights on even though I’ve already set them to taillights.

They do between Edinburgh to Inverness and Aberdeen.

"For some reason"? Sound changes in such things as tunnels is caused by compression waves being bounced off the walls as you travel through. Simple science that is recreated on games like TSW. Shocked you actually don't know this being a major RU-vid sim gamer?

I think that's fairly obvious.... but the issue is how un-naturally noisy it is. There is also a bug on the Class 158 on the ECML whereby even going under small bridges causes audio issues
