Thanks for comments! You should be able to find books about dashboards on amazon. But for dashboards using R, probably R documentation is a good resource.

Once you save the output on your computer, you can email to any number of people. It may be easier to put it in google drive or any similar space and then share link. Interactive plots cannot be saved as pdf.
