at 1:02 in the video , there is filter in bottom right namely Incident State, I want to create that kind of report which filter option should I choose for that kind of visibility?

hi Rohit, i want to create an interactive filter by searching for a user name and it will display service offering and their assignment group. any way to do that

Hi Rohit, Is it possible to create a filter on the name of the sys_user_group table? I just want to create filter condition to allow end user to search their own group(s). The reason is, not all users have access to this table to search for their group(s)

I have one requirement... Need interactive filter month wise for incidents.. January, febuary...etc..,..like that ..using date interactive filter ...we have only some options, this month, last month, last quarter like that....can we add custom interactive filter for month wise ? Please help regarding this

Do we need Performance Analytics to do this? What user role gets option to create interactive filters?

You don't need

You need at least the report_admin role within SNow.
