Very thing is good but they should introduce breathalysers and cameras on the drivers seat, the bus should only start when the driver has used it and it should connect directly to your system so that once it detects alcohol, the driver should be stopped immediately. I drive a bus here in Sweden but the way they focus on safety for the passenger is on another level, as driver you know that there is no room for messing up. Our passengers are always guaranteed 💯 safety in our hands.

The *buses* [fairly new] are much better than years ago ! *Although* the delays can be unreasonable ? *Bus drivers are there to DRIVE from A to B . . Not fraternise with customers* ! ! Take this as feedback *& Not get offended*
I love intercape but people working there are not good especially when we go to Malawi always they saying the stuff is full but people are loading it regularly.

But I do object strongly to have to endure religious proselytizing videos for the full length of my bus trip. Wouldn't you? If you're not a Satanist, wouldn't you object to being shown Satanist videos for 10 hours when your aim was to travel from the Cape to Jhb?
@@faaizaalli8279 The busses are decent. Recently travelled in one of the Intercape busses from Cape Town to Durban, they got the features they claim to have.
During May 2022 I used a service from DBN to JOBURG the driver had dangerous blunders hopefully you let him go because he is not a person respecting his job and customers such people put the company into disrepute
Would say u are not safe with the number of accidents u bn having and killing so many ppl especially the Zimbabwe SA route . And ofcoz greyhound’s Dreamliner is the comfort king
I will never set my foot on an intercape again. Last year December i took it from Durban to Pretoria and it was two hours late and it was very filthy. The toilet was disgusting. The worst experience of my life. Sad but true
I am going to expose you on the 11 August I was on my way to burry my aunty in Eastern Cape the bus was suppose to arrive at 7 in the morning but they reached destination at 13h h00 the funeral was over and it was not because of accident or technical problem no ignorance and poor customer service so what you are saying here it's a pure lie and when I ask for manager for clarity he said it's none of your business that I didn't burry my aunty I must live him alone but I am busy with this issue I won't let it slide watch me
