Main criticism is how sharply the bottom of her hair changes direction when she turns her head

That's a totally fair criticism, I'm still not 100% on it myself, but I'm still learning rigging and need more experience under my belt It'll probably be something I revisit in the future when I can figure out how to seamlessly transition stuff like that

Surge just so happens to be one of my favorite sonic characters so this is great. You did an awesome job on her especially her lightning eyes.
