I look like a veteran who has been playing for over a year, when in reality, I’ve only been playing for 2~3 months HAHAHA extreme candle grinding yes TT (white cape, valley elder hair, and rhythm pants from TS make you look like an ikemen HAHAHA)

I’m a veteran player, I’ve been playing since game release but I still feel like a noob. I guess since I don’t have much friends. No friends = no hearts☹️😔

I have a crap amount of friends and ALWAYS light their candles, but they rarely ever light mine up ☹️☹️ thb thinking about dumping the peeps that never light me cuz they bad frends
I'm still 2 months in sky but I'm happy to say that I can finish in less than 2hrs.. Fastest was 1h 40mins. But it'll take longer now because of new area 👁️👄👁️
Me too... I’ve had the game since Winter 2018 and my advice is to only participate in seasons and seasonal quests because candle running ruins the game for me. It makes it feel like a chore, especially since it takes out hours of your day, EACH day... 😔
I haven’t done a candle run in months. I also refuse to accept hearts from ppl, so anyone who sends hearts to me regularly I just don’t accept them so they can’t send anymore... Legit I only need one more item from a previous season (besides the ultimates) and I’m done with everything...help.
I’m also a vet player and I can totally tell that when your used to doing cr and doing it everyday, it gets kinda boring. It’s also the same when you go to eden and do a wl run afterwards. But although doing cr or wl run is a bit tiring I prefer to be alone and idk why. Maybe I’m also an introvert in the game world as well lol
I think it's just the burden of making sure others/friends keep up with you. If they fall behind its kinda holding you back. I think it's mostly just that they hold you back and it's better to do it alone

Just because someone has an elder hair their certified vets,I find veterans more when they wear a Season Of Gratitude - Season of Belonging cosmetics since those are pretty rare.
I've been playing for a couple weeks now and I don't look like a moth anymore. I went through eden on my 3rd day and found all the spirits within that week. I learned I was only missing 4 winged lights when one of my veteran friends was leading me on a wl run after eden.
@@raiyahambermediodia8754 that’s what I wish I could’ve done, I just didn’t know how the game worked and thought it was basically over. I def missed out, the only thing I have to show for it is the juggle emote aha
My 1 year anniversary of playing sky will be a October 31st I just finished the constellation (my friend who joined later on actually finished before me haha but 🤷🏻♀️ I took my time on it)
I might be rude, but I met a whole lot of some rude veterans. Like, not litting people, not even accept heart exchange... So this video is nice but... consider seeing this. Don’t become a rude veteran Love you all
I don't think not litting candle friends is rude ^^💦 At least in my case, sometimes I'm in a rush bc of University and I can just do daily quests D: So I try to lit their candles every noe and then ^^
Despite playing since the start of Sanctuary (August/September, I guess?) and looking the part, I still don't consider myself as a veteran. Semi-veteran at most, but I most definitely haven't stayed long enough. My definition of a veteran is someone who's been in Sky for at least 3/4 seasons, and maybe has gotten most of the seasonal spirits. I'll consider myself as a fully-fledged veteran once I finish all the constellations and gotten all the ts I've missed :3
I feel that there's only one biggest alive sky veteran and that person is @tara's sky journey Cuz she's been playing since 2017 when the game was very dam new and it's cool that she's still playing sky and she didn't left ✨
Good thing if have fam like that. Before we had piggy back like that but my fam alr separated and I went to duo or solo instead. Some of them hiatus, leave the fam and busy rl.
I don’t know but I am friends with this fam though I only hung out with 3 of them and they all belonged to the same fam with the same friends, I don’t know if I did belong the their fam but I was pretty much close with the 3 of the players I’ve met, we’re usually joking around, sometimes sitting around and talking, I also had other people I play with, I had 2 groups of other friends but they aren’t usually online.

To those asking about how to get lots of friends and candles, I super encourage you to start a discord server and invite and close friends, usually your friends will invite other friends and you get to meet a bunch of cool people and grow together:)

Minus №3, 5, 6. Know some veterans who always jump on candle run train and never lead, and i do all myself and alone and never lead. Also many vets do OOB stuff instead of waiting for one remained (but most still help others here). And not many people do Capeless.
My bff ask me to play sky with her together and untill now, she always have either 0 or 10 candles lmao. Even though she has played for a very long time, and there's me who had 100-200 candles
Most of these are accurate, *ESPECIALLY THE LEADING PART LMAO.* I think I've been on the lead for 2 DA M N Y E A R S GoInG To 3 and I'm honestly glad that I have other veteran friends who can take over when needed WhEeZe.
I'm a battle hardened Veteran; I know how to get through the Golden Wasteland and Eden without much difficulty However, I'm not very careful with my candles- so I'm ridiculously poor- So that's why I consider myself a "fledgling" skykid 🤣
This one time, when i was still a moth ( i am still a moth ti'll this day, just played 2 days ago ) this veteran feed me to a krill, i lost like 5 winged lights
I just finished the trail of water to get the candles, and hey I got them.(I finished all the trails, I can go through all of them exept trail of fire, I passed it with a veteran.)
I have a friend that isn't a veteran and save candles ;/ (She has 500+) SO this are the some facts I would add (If they do part 2) -They loook cool -They look cool -They look Cool Oh and don't forget about that they are cool!
Idk if I’m a veteran I started playing a month after it came out but quit a couple months later cus I didn’t know how to do Eden, then came back a couple months ago
my friends as veteran : Cool looking ikemen and female ikemen, Elder hair, 5+ wedges, seasonal pants, INTRUMENTS, always has pass/has money/enough candles and hearts me as a veteran player : ehhe chibi and floofy cape go brr
For me Veteran Usually dont show Off they're things And yet They Usually Dont show Off Them Being Capeless nor got all of the items in the game They also sometimes Support and help Moths in eden And they Usually Gentle to the person that they lit.
