imma be honest, seeing an R211 on the J, M, and L, trains would be pretty cool, and better to see like the R143's and R160A's(No hate to the two of them this is just my opinion)

Why are all A train announcements in Queens spliced? Like we aren't going to be like "well actually this isn't a local train since there's only 2 tracks"
I would be honest that I would like to see R211s on the (A) (C) (F) (R) and Rockaway Park Shuttle. I think that is likely going to happen because R211 will enter lines with CBTC instantly and also high ridership. R211s can go possibly for the (E) since it has high ridership and CBTC. Also I am halfway sure for the D because it has high ridership but not the B train because it is a part time route and it has low ridership. Jamaica holds the most capacity. R160 and R211 has the most capacity. Oh Yeah, B and D are getting new trains but the R160.
Not gonna happen, the B is officially orange unless a permanent reroute is done, but it will be orange for temporary reroutes no matter what because it’s not confusing.

The R211A’s in the first option order are gonna go to the B and D to prepare for 6th Avenue CBTC in the future. While this means that the N/W and Q will have to get displaced R68’s from Concourse, the N and Q would be able to use a few R211A’s from the B during weekends since the B doesn’t run on weekends.
That's the case if CBTC was on 6th Avenue in 2025. That is if the 6th Avenue is modernizing their signals now because if they did it now then R211 will be on the A B C and D. N Q and W will have a leftover R68/A's displaced from the B and D lines.

It's expected for the R211As to obviously go on the A and C lines. The R211Ts are also expected to enter service from Jamaica Yard, or probably also Coney Island.

R211A 4060-69 had the same issue the first month or 2 in service. After it was taken out of passenger service for 3 weeks, the issue was solved by making the announcements play louder. These announcements were recorded in an R211T, which also has the issue. But I am assuming that the issue with the announcements in those trains will also be fixed.
