Interior Cabinet Secretary Prof. Kithure Kindiki has warned Kenyans who are planning to protest on Tuesday against any form of violence and destruction of property. While acknowledging that every Kenyan has a right to demonstrate or picket, Kindiki has insisted that protestors must not infringe on the rights and freedoms of others. The CS demanded that the protesters must inform the police of their intention and itinerary and warned that certain places will be out of bounds.
