Me toooo! My car had leather seats, upgraded to a truck with cloth. My water bottle leaked on the seat and I was like “eh it’s just water, it won’t stain.” Let it dry and it looks like this!

Water has minerals in it which is what causes the stain. Even bottled water isn't completely stripped of all minerals when they go through the process. I had a water bottle spill all over the front seat of my brand new car and it left a huge stain. I was like "really its water, what could be staining it", then i researched and found out that the minerals is what causes the stain.

Erfan. That is what I did to mine and it worked. Warm water and couple drop of dawn in sprayer bottle. I did do seam to seam though

Use this method shown in the video. Take it all the way to the seam

miguel raigoza It doesn’t stain it. Have you ever actually tried this? Everyone’s cloth seats are a little dirty, so like he said, when the water gets on it it basically carries the dirt with it. By doing this, you’re taking out most of that dirt on the edge of the stain, and then kind of spreading around the rest. When it dries, you don’t see it anymore. I don’t know what you expect. This is supposed to be a quick video to get water stains out... not deep clean the entire seat

@@maicon_13 there is a $10 job and then there is a $50 job. As the saying go, you get what you pay for. Eg of what you are able to pay for is as follows: vacuum, brush & vac, brush vac & wipe. Brush vac steam and wipe, brush vac extract and wipe, brush vac extract rinse and wipe, brush vac extract rinse wipe and brush. Neither is an incorrect approach, if you shampoo the car last month and the customer had a spill, why would you soak it again? Just go after the stain. The most important thing is the use of a rinse after using strong alkaline cleaners so the seats dont continue to keep cleaning themselves causing those awful stains everytime you get them wet. Again if you ask for cheap then cheap is what you get, next time you call a detailer and his price sounds high, dont argue, just ask him will my shit be clean and is there a warranty on your work and do I get my money back if you dont deliver on the customers expectations clearly started in the interview which should be, "will it look fantastic when it's done and dry? You pay cheap, dont argue when the stain comes back as a rinse from the same brand is usually 4 times the price of the APC and the work time is like doing the job twice so now you know why people get fast jobs. Again I leave you with, you get what you pay for.

SammiBoiii - no it’s cleaning it. But even water stains the surface so in cleaning the stain you create a new waterline stain - not a dirt stain. The only way to hide this waterline is to tuck it into the seam. The dirt stain is gone and your just making sure you cannot see a waterline stain.

Sorry that I’m showing transparency and real world situations not some BS like Larry does.
