Girl, you are an excellent teacher! I already retie my own locs and have been doing so for just over one year and thought I was getting really good at it. Now that I've watched you I see clearly how I can improve - especially in how I clip the other locs out of the way and hold the loc I'm working on. Thank you!!!

@@tiyanahicks you’re welcome ! Also after watching this video I’m confident that when I officially start microlocs and I’ve had one or two reties done that I can start doing it myself. It looks fairly simple and it has similar movements to hand sewing. Thank you for taking the time to show us!

Yay 🤗! This is one of the videos I’ve been waiting for🙏🏿! The close up really helped because for a while I thought y’all were tying the hair onto the loc tool to keep the hair from slipping out🤦🏿‍♀️! Now I understand, lol 😂! Fantastic tutorial! Thanks for sharing ❤️!

I think I used to think the same thing just by looking at the process done. But nope! The longer the hair is, the easier it is for it to stay on but if the hair is shorter sometimes it does slip off or is more difficult to keep it on. Thank you so much for watching!!!
