John, thank you! How is it best to incorporate reformer workouts into your routine? Should cardio and free weights be done on different days than the reformer? Should a lower body reformer workout be done on the same day as lower body free weights?
It depends. How much are you benching now, and what is your training program currently? Specificity in goal achievement is important. Your training program should reflect that, but based on your channels name, I'm guessing you've got that figured out. Correct? Good luck sir.
