Peluva athlete Brad Kearns presents a series of highly effective running technique drills that you can try in Peluva’s. These are rated Intermediate - please see the Basic drills and Advanced drills for appropriate variety.
This drills are low impact (but a little more complex to learn than the basic drills) because you do not complete a full stride patterns, so even those early in their Peluva transition can perform them safely. Wearing the zero-drop, five-toe Peluva is essential to perform these drills correctly and get the intended benefits.
These drills isolate and/or exaggerate certain segments of the running stride to help your central nervous system fire with precision and explosiveness when you run fast. They will greatly improve your running technique at all speeds from jogging to sprinting. The drills are strenuous, so it’s a great low-impact workout to just do drills, even if you don’t sprint. Frequent practice of these drills will make your sprint workouts that much better.
