Erratum: At 11:21, I meant to say: “From Yang Yi, the Greater Yang is the Yang among the Yang”

Your videos are wonderful, Hai Yang. I've been studying internal styles for 22 years from many great teachers, including a top student of Chen Yu while I lived in SZ, China. Your videos are some of the most comprehensive I've ever come across. Can you do videos on advanced internal alchemy, or possibly talk to me privately? I have completed the raising of the cauldron (Enlightenment of Kan and Li), but I have nowhere to go from here, and no teacher advanced enough to reveal this. I am simply using intuition and I Ching to guide me. Whatever guidance you might give is greatly appreciated.

Since the beginning of the pandemic and my move, I find myself alone to train, it is sometimes difficult to motivate myself to train but I try to improve with the practice of forms and other exercises. Thanks to your videos, I consider you as my teacher who brings me the theoretical side and that I try to apply in my practice, thank you very much for your videos.

Thank you for the informative video! I love the subtle humor!! "... imitate someone's imagination of a dragon movement, or it will end up being an imagery of an earthworm..." 🤣 --- Remi

Love the talks and demonstrations. Could you show simple version of each of the 5 elements strikes and or blocking?

Great topic, look forward to the topic of Si Xiang on Taichi and Bagua. Regarding the head-tuck that you mentioned in the misperceptions section, I heard from another taichi instructor that you can use the head-tuck when sinking and closing the ribcage. The reason is because when you close the ribcage together the head can tuck down because the neck would be exceptionally relaxed or soft. It's like a turtle retreating back into its shell when it perceives danger so when you tuck the head its mimicks the turtle. In any case I'm not too clear if tucking the head has any practical application in as far as what I described but is there any useful application or reason for doing it under any other circumstances other than perhaps protecting a chop or trike to the neck?

🐉🐉are not extinct. How do you explain the dragons in game of thrones then🐉🐉🐉? Also how about the ones used by firebenders🐉🐉🐉 ? Where did those come from?

perhaps this post in in jest but DRAGONS in china IMHO are a metaphor for paleontological skeletons of cave bears and dinosaurs coupled with mythology HOWEVER I agree with MASTER that the spirit of THE DRAGON is essential for FA LI. In my YI QUAN ZHAN ZUANG PRACTICE the DRAGON POSTURE is essential for CHI-JING-FA LI cultivation- If this is a jest and I missed the joke my apologies. My answer is sincere and made in good faith. I re-iterate the concurrence and synergies of YI CULTIVATION OF DRAGON SPIRIT IN STANDING and the marvel of the correlation with FA JING. Good practice.
